Big Hearts Little Paws, LLC is a small, fully licensed, bonded, and insured pet care business that prides itself on providing professional and individualized care and enrichment to dogs, cats, small and exotic animals, and livestock throughout most of North Snohomish County, WA. We specialize in reactive and shy or fearful dogs, and have an extra soft spot for elderly and disabled pets! We understand most pets would prefer to stay in the comfort of their own home, especially those with special needs and accommodations. We believe all animals deserve to live happy, healthy, and enriched lives, whether you're home or not!
Hello! My name is Noël Heide. I am certified in Applied Animal Behavior, PetTech First Aid & CPR, and Veterinary Assisting and Grooming. I have over 17 years of experience in the animal care field, including daycare, boarding, training, veterinary and basic grooming. I have over 7 years of in-home pet sitting experience and over 10 years of positive dog training experience, including reactivity and anxiety. I currently have 3 dogs and a cat, ranging from 7 lbs to 100 lbs and 4 yr to 12 yrs. I also have 3 guinea pigs, a flock of chickens, and a foster bearded dragon! They are the center of my universe! When I'm not soaking up time with your fur babies or my family, I enjoy supporting the Everett Silvertips, paddleboarding, gaming, attending various art classes, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

BHLP provides daily Adventure Stories of your pet(s) including arrival and departure alerts, food/medication alerts (if applicable), potty updates, and pictures of our explorations! We are also happy to reinforce any positive training techniques you may be working on, to help your furry family members continue to learn and grow! (We only provide training reinforcement to pets who have previously worked with or are currently in training with a licensed trainer.)
NEED A RECOMMENDATION?
We highly recommend:
Complete Vaccinations or Titers are required for all pets for any services performed outside of your home. (This includes daily Adventure services for Sleepovers, which are automatically included, yet optional.) Proof of state required Rabies is required for all cats and dogs in our care.
We also require all new client paperwork to be completed prior to a required "Treat & Greet" before services are rendered. Please email us if you are a new client!

Slumber Pawties, Kitty Check-ins, Small Animal Stop-bys, and Farm Feedings are available 7 days/wk. We highly recommend booking Slumber Pawties as far in advance as possible for best availability.
Reccuring Adventures are available Monday through Friday between 10am - 4pm. Please contact us for appointment requests outside of these hours.
We are closed on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for all Adventure services. Slumber Pawties, Kitty Check-ins, Small Animal Stop-bys, and Farm Feedings are available by request and approval only
